Corona Sunsets Festival
Category: Brand Activation | Music Festival
Company: High Impact Promotions
Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico
Year: 2019
Corona SunSets Festival is an experiential manifestation, where we inspire people to go outside, experience Corona's free-spirited, laid-back vibe and reconnect with nature. Guests are invited to take a break from their daily routine and celebrate life under the sun.
The task was to create an unforgettable sunsets event, filled with live music, sunset rituals, a local market, and lots of instagrammable moments. The festival’s overall look provides the backdrop for most of the content that guests create during the event.
Given a set of global brand and event guidelines, designs were adapted to the selected space and locally build all of the elements that go into the event.
This environment from scratch, transforming the location into an intimate area for the event. Corona’s mission is to be plastic-free and sustainable; therefore we used natural materials, warm lighting, greenery and repurposed elements for all of the decoration for the event.
From photo ops, to a local market, to lectures about the environment, guests could wander around discovering the different happenings around the event. At the sunset moment, elegant dancers parade into the event and invite everyone to join in and dance to the music.
